This webshop is operated by Lasco Twente B.V., trading as VG Classic Frames & Parts, based in Hengelo, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for all personal data processed through this website.

When you place an order, we collect the following information:

First and last name
Billing and shipping address
Email address
Phone number
Order details (products, quantities, amounts)
Payment method and transaction reference

When you use our contact form or send us an email directly, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.3 Website usage data

3. Why we collect your data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Order fulfilment — processing and shipping your order, sending order confirmations and updates
Payment processing — securely handling payments via Mollie or PayPal
Customer support — responding to questions, complaints, and warranty requests
Legal obligations — maintaining financial records as required by Dutch law (7-year retention)
Website improvement — understanding how visitors use our site (analytics, with consent only)
Marketing — only if you have explicitly opted in to receive newsletters or promotional emails from us

The legal basis for processing is: contract performance (orders), legal obligation (financial records), legitimate interest (customer support), and consent (analytics and marketing).

We only share your data with third parties where necessary to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations. We never sell, rent, or trade your data.

4.1 Payment processors

4.2 Shipping carriers

Shipping partners (EU and international) Your name and delivery address are shared with our shipping carriers to fulfil your order. Carriers may operate both within and outside the EU. For international shipments, your address data may be transferred to non-EU countries solely for delivery purposes.

4.3 Administration

4.4 Analytics

4.5 Hosting

5. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

Order and invoice data — 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law
Contact messages — deleted after your question has been resolved, or within 6 months
Analytics data — as per Google Analytics retention settings (maximum 14 months)
Marketing consent — until you withdraw your consent

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

7. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes — ever. Data is only shared with the parties listed in section 4, and solely to the extent necessary to operate our business and fulfil your order.
