VG Classic Frames supplies period-correct Harley-Davidson sheet metal parts for Knucklehead and Panhead frames from 1936 through 1957. Every part is manufactured to exact original dimensions – the same sheet metal components we use in our own frame builds, made available separately for restorers who need individual parts to correct period specification.

The sheet metal range covers motor top mounts, gas tank mounting brackets, transmission mounting brackets, fender mounting brackets, brake tube mounting brackets, tool box mounting brackets, primary case mounting brackets, plate on transmission mounts, and mass tabs. Coverage spans the complete Knucklehead and Panhead production range, with each product clearly marked for its correct production years.

Getting the sheet metal right is one of the details that separates a period-correct build from a close approximation – brackets that are slightly off in dimension or profile will show to anyone who knows what they are looking at.
