VG Classic Frames supplies precision machined Harley-Davidson frame parts for Knucklehead and Panhead models from 1936 through 1957. Every part in this range is machined in-house to exact original dimensions and thread specifications – the same components we use in our own frame production in Hengelo, the Netherlands. Where dealers source parts from multiple suppliers, we machine our own – which means we know exactly what the specification is and can stand behind every part we sell.

The machinery range covers ignition coil mounting blocks, saddle tube end stops, horn mounting blocks, transmission studs, brake crossover tubes, and brake tube bushings. Each product is listed with its correct production year range and compatibility notes, so you can source the right part for your specific frame year without guesswork.

For restorers working on a complete frame build, our Knucklehead frames and Panhead frames are built to the same exacting standard. Individual castings, tubing and sheet metal parts are also available separately.
