Shipping Policy

We ship parts and accessories worldwide directly from our webshop. Frames are available on a quote basis due to their size, weight, and shipping complexity. Please read this page carefully before ordering — especially if you are ordering from outside the EU.

1. Frames — Quote & Availability

Motorcycle frames are not available for direct checkout. Due to their size, weight, and the complexity of international freight, all frame orders are handled on a quote basis.

When you click “Contact for Availability” on a frame product page, we will:

Confirm current stock and lead times
Provide an accurate shipping quote based on your location
Discuss delivery timelines and any special handling requirements

Frame shipments to non-EU destinations are subject to the import duty and customs conditions described in sections 3 and 4 below. Please read those sections before enquiring.

2. Parts & Accessories — Direct Online

All parts and accessories can be ordered directly through our webshop. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. EU Shipping — DDP

All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises at the door.

4. Non-EU Shipping — DAP

We ship to the following non-EU destinations:

All non-EU orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. This means:

✗ Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our prices

✗ These charges are determined by your local customs authority

✓ We have no control over — and cannot predict — these amounts

✓ You are responsible for paying all import charges upon delivery

Import duties and taxes can be substantial, particularly for heavy items such as motorcycle frames. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

6. Before you order from outside the EU

To avoid unexpected costs or delays, we recommend taking the following steps before placing an order:

Check the import duty rates applicable to motorcycle parts in your country
Verify that your country permits the import of the items you are ordering
Ensure your delivery address is complete and correct
Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay any customs charges
