The 1937 Knucklehead frame replica is built to the refined second-year production specification — the year Harley-Davidson resolved the early issues of the first season and delivered the EL in its most dependable pre-war form. Many restorers consider the 1937 the Knucklehead as it was always meant to be built: proven geometry, proven tolerances, proven reliability. This replica reproduces the straightleg geometry and -25° neck angle of OEM 2801-36.
Delivered bare with a certificate. Cast components carry the original casting numbers as used by Harley-Davidson in period production — a detail we consider essential for any restoration that aims to be truly period-correct.
