Over time, the neck of a Harley-Davidson frame takes a beating. Cracks, wear, or damage to the upper section of the neck are common — and until now, the only real solution was replacing the entire frame or sourcing an original neck, which is increasingly difficult and expensive.
Our neck repair part changes that.
How it works
The upper section of the damaged neck is ground away, leaving the tubing intact. The repair part is then welded onto the remaining structure, restoring the neck to original specifications — complete with the correct casting numbers.
The result is a structurally sound, period-correct neck that looks and functions exactly as it should.
